Michael D. Poole is an award-winning chef with well over 25 years experience. He has 28 years experience as a firehouse cook for the City of Seattle, runs Sweet Jamaica concession, and has catered at many private parties.

 

Michael is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris with Le Grande Diplome in Cuisine and Pastry. He specialzes in French and Island cuisines, French pastries, and handmade chocolates.

 

Chef Poole caters primarily in the Seattle Metropolitan area for private parties. He has also been called to cater on location around the U.S. His destinations have included:

New York, NY
 

Michael has had recipes published nationally and has won many awards throughout his career for his delicious soups, entrees, and desserts.
